The third layer can now be formed and the bowl can be seen to be taking shape
For the fourth layer, the mounting screws are moved outside the turning circle, to avoid accidental contact
The fourth layer is turned, then sanded and polished at the lowest speed
The corner fixing tabs are sawn off and the bowl is mounted in the chuck so that the rim can be finished
The large "G" jaws are clamped around the base layer (protected with tape)
And the top layer is completed. It is quite thin and fragile, easy to tear!
