This little project was done for a colleague who wanted a stand for his Maglite torch. The torch had to stand vertically without falling over and the stand had to be small and light enough to travel in his briefcase.
The stand is much the same as a very small bowl, so the technique is similar, except that the "dish" has a diameter which is too small to contain the traditional starting spigot
